NEW MILLS PARISH CHURCH CHOIR TO CONTINUE IN OVER A HUNDRED YEARS TRADITION WE NEED BOYS AND GIRLS AGED BETWEEN SEVEN AND ELEVEN TO SING IN OUR CHOIR.

The choir rehearsals are every Thursday evening from 7pm to 8.30pm (8pm for younger members). It sings at the Services on Sundays, the main Service being the Parish Communion at 9.30am. The choir is affiliated to the 'Royal School of Church Music' and runs their training scheme, with coloured medal awards. Training is also given for the prestigious awards of Dean and Bishop.

Various social activities are arranged throughout the year, especially with our younger members in mind.

Being a member of a Parish Church Choir does however require a person who likes singing and has commitment to membership. If you are that young person or know somebody who could be, come along on any practice night.
The new session starts on the 7thSept.
